FeganScott is launching an investigation into a defect affecting newer generation Dell laptops, specifically the keyboards. While numerous laptop owners are experiencing the defect, which causes keyboard keys to peel and chip, the technology company isn’t replacing them once out of warranty.
Some users are paying over $100 for parts, labor, and shipping to repair their broken keyboards.
If you own a Dell laptop and have experienced issues with the paint chipping off the keyboard keys, please contact our firm today to learn more about our investigation.
