Case Overview

After learning of several safety-related defects that are putting owners at risk, FeganScott has launched the below investigations into Ford Motor Company and Honda Motor Company:

1999-2016 Ford Super Duty Trucks, including F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 vehicles

Ford Hybrid Electric Vehicles, including 2020-2022 Ford Escapes, 2022 Ford Mavericks, and 2021-2022 Lincoln Corsairs
2020-2022 Ford Escapes, 2022 Ford Mavericks, and 2021-2022 Lincoln Corsairs equipped with 2.5-liter hybrid electric vehicle (“HEV”) or 2.5-liter plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (“PHEV”) engines are prone to engine oil and fuel vapor accumulation that can result in vehicle fires. Honda Vehicles with Earth Dreams Engines, including 2019-2021 Honda CR-V, 2019-2021 Honda Civic, and 2018-2021 Honda Accord Vehicles
Honda vehicles equipped with 1.5L GDI “Earth Dreams” engines are being investigated due to a defect that causes contamination of engine oil, which can result in engine failure, and other issues that can increase maintenance costs for owners.
