Josh Zuckerman joined the FeganScott team in 2023 and supports class action case work across the firm’s antitrust, consumer fraud, sexual abuse, and discrimination practice areas.

Josh Zuckerman is an associate at FeganScott’s New York office, supporting class action case work across the firm’s antitrust, consumer fraud, sexual abuse, and discrimination practice areas.

Before joining the FeganScott team, Josh worked as an associate at Nussbaum Law Group, where his practice focused on antitrust violations, pharmaceutical class actions, and data breach class litigation. Prior to that, he was an assistant district attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, handling felony domestic violence, sexual assault, and gun-related offenses.

Josh earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School. As a law student, he served as a research assistant, and completed numerous internships, including stints with the Ammar al-Baluchi Defense Team, the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, and Senior Judge Cynthia M. Rufe of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Josh received Bachelor of Arts degrees in history and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
