Nicolette Wolfrey is an associate attorney at FeganScott, supporting the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including cases involving gender-based discrimination and sexual assault.

Before joining FeganScott, Nicolette was an associate at the D.C.-based firm Venable, where she represented clients across various industries in federal and state litigation. Her responsibilities included preparing for and conducting investigative interviews, managing the production and review of discovery documents, and collaborating on motions for case-related matters.

Nicolette earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. While pursuing her degree, she engaged her passion for reproductive and racial justice, as well as gender equality, by serving as president of her If/When/How campus chapter and as an executive board member for the Feminist Legal Forum. She was also an editorial board member for the university’s Journal of Law and Politics.

After law school, Nicolette clerked for the Honorable Justice Brynja Booth of the Maryland Supreme Court. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as co-president of PSA: Preventing Sexual Assault, a student-run organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting survivors of sexual violence on campus.
