Attorney Marcia L. Johnson has extensive experience as an eDiscovery attorney, devoting her skills and experience to the complex litigation process. Joining the FeganScott team in 2022, Marcia is an invaluable member of the firm’s New York City office.

Before joining FeganScott, Marcia served as the legal project manager of the NYS Department of Financial Services, where she managed and provided oversight to the first level review team. During her tenure at the NYS Department of Financial Services, Marcia also aided in trial preparation by advising and coordinating with senior level attorneys. In her role, Marcia further developed and cultivated her skill set in eDiscovery and legal project management.

Marcia earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of FSSF, serving as one of three senior directors overseeing the entire organization. During her time at Fordham University, Marcia also received the Archibald C. Murray Public Service Award and the Student Leadership Award. As a law student, Marcia interned at the New York Stock Exchange, the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Queen’s District Attorney’s Office. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Iowa State University.
