New Investigations Into Data Privacy, Product and Auto Issues

Friends of FeganScott:

We’re reaching out to alert you to several new investigations that we’ve launched into data privacy concerns for MGM and Caesars customers, as well as defect issues involving some Dell laptops and Ford and Lincoln vehicles. We’ve shared more details below.

If you’ve been impacted by any of these issues, please contact our firm today to learn more about your rights. We also urge you to share this with your family and friends.

MGM and Caesars Data Breach Put Consumer Data at Risk

Attention MGM customers and Caesars Rewards members – your private data, including your driver’s license and Social Security numbers, may have been stolen during a September cyberattack against the prominent casino companies.

If you are a member of Caesars’ loyalty program, or if you used MGM services before March 2019, contact FeganScott today to learn more about your rights.

Dell Laptop Defect Investigation

FeganScott is launching an investigation into a defect affecting newer generation Dell laptops, specifically the keyboards. While numerous laptop owners are experiencing the defect, which causes keyboard keys to peel and chip, the technology company isn’t replacing them once out of warranty.

Some users are paying over $100 for parts, labor, and shipping to repair their broken keyboards.

If you own a Dell laptop and have experienced issues with the paint chipping off the keyboard keys, please contact our firm here to learn more about our investigation.

Ford and Lincoln Software Issue Investigation

Our firm has also launched an investigation into an inspection software issue in certain Ford and Lincoln vehicles.

The affected models include the Ford Escape, Escape hybrid, Bronco Sport, E-series vans, Lincoln Corsair, and perhaps others. These vehicles have reportedly had issues connecting to state inspection systems through their OBD (on-board diagnostic) system, often causing them to fail inspection.

Owners of the affected vehicles are urged to contact FeganScott here to learn more about their rights under the law.
