Cedar Point Health offers primary care, urgent care, and specialty services in Montrose, Clifton, Ridgway, Delta, and Cedaredge.
According to this report at hipaajournal.com, the company publicly disclosed that an unauthorized third party had gained access to parts of its network containing personally identifiable information of patients and employees.
The company sent notice to affected individuals, which it completed on January 27, 2026.
