EHG is a Vancouver, Washington-based care provider offering memory care, assisted living services & communities, skilled nursing services & communities, and memory care in California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana.

According to this report at upguard.com, the company publicly disclosed that an unauthorized third party had gained access to parts of its network containing personally identifiable information of patients and employees.

The company sent notice to affected individuals starting on February 24, 2026.
