FeganScott Announces Lawsuit Against Mazda for Faulty Brakes in their 2024-2025 CX-90 Cars. The Lawsuit Seeks to Represent Owners and Lessees of the 2024-2025 Mazda CX-90 Models.
The auto manufacturer Mazda is facing a new lawsuit after manufacturing defects were discovered in their 2024-2025 Mazda CX-90 cars. The suit, filed by FeganScott, alleges that the company knew about and concealed the faulty brake system. The suit also alleges that Mazda did nothing after being notified by owners and lessees of the fault.
The defect manifests as excessive deterioration of the CX-90’s braking system components, including the brake pads, rotors, and calipers, resulting in decreased breaking performance, loud, high-pitched squealing, creaking or squeaking noises, and juddering and/or vibration when the brakes are applied.
Owners and lessees have been forced to pay out of pocket for frequent, expensive repairs to a braking system that Mazda should not have approved for manufacture- a system that poses an unreasonable safety risk to drivers and passengers of the CX-90 vehicles.
