Case Overview

FeganScott is launching an investigation involving claims that Steve Easterbrook, the former CEO of McDonalds, allegedly had sexual relationships with employees in the year before his terminationlikely violating the company’s policies and creating an unsafe work environment.

The firm launched the investigation after learning of new claims that the 53-year-old CEO sent dozens of nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit photographs and videos of various women, including photographs of company employees, as attachments from his company email to his personal account.

On August 10, 2020, McDonald’s filed a lawsuit against Easterbrook for lying about and destroying evidence connected to the allegedly inappropriate behavior that ultimately led to a separation agreement between the company and Easterbrook.
