FeganScott is launching an investigation into the automaker Nissan North America, Inc. on behalf of owners and lessees of 2014-2020 Nissan Rogue vehicles relating to a potential defect that could result in vehicle fires, among other safety issues.

The potential defect is causing water leaks in the driver and front passenger floor areas of the vehicles. While Nissan has issued recalls for some models included in the investigation, namely 2014-2017 Nissan Rogues, it has not adequately addressed the defect, leaving owners of these vehicles and the other affected model years in danger.
