Sagent Pharmaceuticals is a Schaumburg, Illinois-based generic pharmaceuticals provider, offering a large catalogue of pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and patients.
SagentPharma sent written notification to affected individuals on April 17, 2026 that an unauthorized third party had gained access to parts of its network containing personally identifying information of over 1,000 customers. The company discovered the data breach on March 23, 2026, over a month after the actual breach occurred.
