FeganScott is launching an investigation into the St. Anthony’s Hospital data breach that occurred on or around February 27, 2025. St. Anthony’s Hospital is a Chicago, Illinois-based community hospital providing care to southwest Chicago.

More than a year later, on March 6, 2026, St. Anthony’s Hospital publicly disclosed that an unauthorized third party had gained access to parts of its network containing personally identifiable information stored in the hospital’s email systems.

The hospital finished its investigation on February 13, 2026, and began sending notice to affected individuals on March 6, 2026.
