Nashville, Tennessee — In a breakthrough in our fight to protect victims of abuse, a federal court has held that Jimmie Allen is liable for secretly filming sex acts with Jane Doe 2 in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2022. Holding Allen accountable for the predatory abuse of our client is the first step; in response to the Court’s invitation, we will now take steps to prove up our client’s pain and suffering.
